"Middle of the Mind" came from an admiration and adoration for the Griffin & Sabine Trilogy by Nick Bantock.  Following my discovery of these brilliant books in 1998, I proceeded to read (and view) every book Nick had created.  In 2008, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to his workshop, The Forgetting Room, and observe his instruction, direction and counsel.  In honour of the part of my mind that was set free, on a tiny island in the middle of B.C., I give you my creations...
